We want to give meaningful work a chance. We want to help passionate creators and entrepreneurs understand how they can “play the game” without “selling out.”

Eliana and Cristobal Rodarte come from the world of grass-roots entertainment and marketing. Their collective experiences, failures, and successes led them to discover a very simple, highly-detrimental, common denominator to be that virtually none of their clients, colleagues, and competitors had any recursive system to improve their brand strategies—often making them falsely reliant on third party marketing companies and service providers to aid their venture’s growth. They also noticed competing marketing agencies and freelance contractors are either not able to provide systems that set up their clients to be self-sufficient, or are not offering it to them. These insights led them to realize that there wasn’t a simple, recursive, one-size-fits-all solution for developing a brand strategy for each unique venture. As a response, Eliana and Cristobal developed the XPLOYT Pathfinder & Recursor, a two-part brand strategy system that enables self-sufficiency. They provide this brand strategy system to their clientele of not only businesses and corporations, but artists and creators at all levels. 

2015 | From Infatuation to Innovation

The seeds of XPLOYT were sown in a community college theater class where Cris, a pragmatic creative producer fresh from the Los Angeles entertainment scene, met Eliana, a talented singer and songwriter. What began as a mysterious infatuation quickly blossomed into a shared commitment to each other's hopes and dreams.

2016 | A Rapid Leap of Faith

Within their first date, Cris knew Eliana was the one. The couple's whirlwind romance led to an engagement within less than several months, setting the stage for a partnership that would transcend personal life and flow into their professional endeavors.

2018 | Trials, Tribulations, and Triumphs

Cris' tenure at a local media company as a Creative Producer and Eliana's academic success in English Literature at Fresno State were significant milestones. However, 2018 brought challenges; Cris faced wrongful termination and a legal battle, while they simultaneously laid the foundations for Rodarte Media, LLC. This period tested and ultimately strengthened their resolve.

2018 - 2022 | A Shift Towards Meaningful Impact

Their early focus on video production evolved into a quest for deeper value, leading them to specialize in marketing strategies and campaign development. Despite their success in multimedia marketing across California, a yearning for something more meaningful persisted.

2022 - 2023 | The Birth of Brand Strategy

Observing a gap in the understanding and articulation of branding and growth strategies among their clients, Cris and Eliana pivoted towards brand strategy. They crafted a unique approach combining startup principles, brand discovery, and a recursive strategy implementation system – something most companies have lacked or misunderstood.

December 2023 | Empowering Self-Belief and Potential

Cris and Eliana's journey is a testament to the power of self-belief and determination in the face of adversity. Their brand strategy systems are not just guides but beacons of hope and confidence, encouraging individuals and organizations to recognize and harness their unique strengths – to "XPLOYT" their full potential.

2024 and Beyond | Looking Forward

As they continue to manage Rodarte Media, LLC, publishing Eliana's music and their impactful brand strategy system, Cris and Eliana remain committed to their growth and to helping others realize their dreams. Their vision for the future is clear – to empower and inspire through their experiences and innovations.
